  Mike and Micka Sisk

  Owners/Founders

  Mike and Mickala Sisk have spent the last 14 years building Low T Centers and Herkare, now they bring that expertise to Behavioral Health. Their focus on providing “white glove” customer service will be the cornerstone for patients of Mind Body Optimization. They have been married 35 years, have 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren. In their spare time they love exercising, spending time with their family and traveling.

  Dr. Joshua Warren, MD

  Chief Medical Officer

  Dr. Warren graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Multidisciplinary Science. Dr. Warren graduated from medical school at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine. He completed his General Psychiatry Residency as well as his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship training at the University of Texas at Houston Psychiatry Training program. Dr. Warren is Board Certified in both General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Dr. Warren received his MBA from the Alliance Program, a physician-only executive leadership program designed to develop strong physician leaders for today’s ever-evolving healthcare environment. The Alliance Program is a partnership between the University of Texas at Dallas Jindal School of Managment and the UT Southwestern Medical School.

  Alexis Sisk oversees marketing at Mind Body Optimization, where she blends data-driven strategy with heartfelt messaging to connect patients with whole-person mental health care. She previously worked on national campaigns for Low T Center and HerKare, bringing years of experience in provider growth and patient engagement to MBO.
